It was a convenient base for one night, had very pleasant time.

This hotel features friendly staff, an ideal location just a short walk from downtown, quick check-in, convenient nearby parking, and a welcoming family atmosphere.

All the staff was very friendly and excellent and greeted us warmly. We greatly enjoyed breakfast that was included.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of everything. the breakfast was delicious and included in the price, a great way to start the day. the staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. the room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and working air-conditioning.

There were a few minor issues that could have made the stay more enjoyable. There were no beside lamps or tables, which made it difficult to read in bed or have a place to put our things.

I recently stayed at Residencial Encontro for a couple of nights in the historic center. The location was perfect - right in the heart of the old town with easy parking across the street. The accommodation was recently renovated and clean, offering basic but comfortable rooms. The breakfast included was wholesome and satisfying. The staff, although not fluent in English, were friendly and tried their best to communicate with translation apps and gestures. With its central location, beautiful view, and kind local owners, this hotel is a great value for money.

The girl who received me at Residencial Encontro was friendly and professional. She spoke English fluently, made check-in easy. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with fresh sheets and towels. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options.

It was so convenient to explore the town and have access to shops and restaurants. the free parking in front of the hotel was a great perk, especially during my stay over Easter when parking can be a challenge. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

The noise level, especially in the evening when they closed up and moved the chairs. It was a bit disruptive, but thankfully it didn't go on too late.
